Wanted to get this out to start our wee off in a great direction - or whenver you listen to this, hopefully it will help. One of the books I'm currently reading is from John Maxwell - "What Sucessful People Know About Leadership". There were a few points I wanted to share with you about some of the Top Skills that help People Through Sustained Difficult Times. His book shares some insight about leading others through these times, but I wanted to remind everyone it's about leading ourselves through these times too. These tough times help to show us ourselves! It shows us the areas we need to work on & we should welcome these as opportunities to get better.
