Reading a great book - might be a little deep, but I need it. It's called "Emotional Intelligence 2.0" by Travis Bradberry & Jean Greaves. With a new school year coming up in a few days and a new position that I will be working at my high school - part time, but still a new adventure, this book is really going to help me out. Leaning into our discomfort zones is never easy, heck, it's not really a popular thing that people do. But, it is so valuable to at least look at some reasons why it might be good to try and do this.
