I did his breathwork exercises every morning without fail for five years while fixing my mind, body and nervous system, and I have a huge amount of respect for his work in the world. It was a joy to chat with him in person and his childlike curiosity, enthusiasm for teaching, and deep understanding of the world are echoed in every word of this episode.
