Your body doesn't consider you a failure if you fall off the resolution wagon. It is just happy that you are paying some attention to it. It's your own mind that is making you feel like a failure. You've got to brush that aside and just START AGAIN. And when you "fail" next time, START AGAIN, and over and over and again and again if you have to.
It's your life. It's your midlife body. Treat it right. GET IT MOVING!
