Raised in figure skating, Ashleigh Renard took the quest for perfection into marriage and motherhood. She was exhausted from working so hard, building a life that looked lovely on the outside, but feeling lonely and unfulfilled.
Through her book, Swing, and her viral How to Keep Monogamy Hot video series, she has inspired millions of people to drop perfectionism, focus on their own joy, and (if needed) rehab their shabby marriages. Her new program, Covet, is helping more women to build a life that turns them on.
