Our guest is Mark Lovell, the former Royal Marine Commando who fought heavy battles in the Afghanistan war, witnessing the death of friends throughout.
The traumatic events there led to Mark consequently battling poor mental health, the kind of fight he wasn’t trained to deal with.
After a period of coping by way of drink and substance abuse, Mark found the inner strength to combat those demons and so reinvent himself.
He’s now a successful mini-entrepreneur proving that, with dedication to self and altering the mindset, just about anything is surmountable.
