SunValley Fine Foods is a quality smallgoods factory based at Forest Glen. In 2016 David Surman had a vision to find the best butchers and smallgoods makers to create the finest range of products by sourcing the best ingredients such as Australian free-range pork.
SunValley Fine Foods is a premium quality innovative Ham, Bacon and Smallgoods manufacturer based on the Sunshine Coast QLD.
SunValley Fine Foods was established in Jan 2016. Given access to quality raw materials, David Surman was determined to establish a quality smallgoods factory on the Sunshine Coast. He started by sourcing some of the finest butchers and smallgoods makers. The team he has gathered, with over 80 years combined experience creating award winning ham, bacon and smallgoods all around the world, creates a depth of experience that is hard to match anywhere in Australia.
David still runs the crew and there are a number of younger smallgoods makers being trained to maintain the tradition.
One of those fine butchers is award winning, Artie Vella who is the head sales manager of SunValley Fine Foods and joins me now.
