If you have ever been in a spiraling mind. Monkey mind, it's called in Buddhism. You will know what that is. Losing grip with the mind. Things start to layer. Thinking gets louder.... SPIRAL!! Its harder if you have no "tools". When you have no idea what that is. You may not have even heard of anybody going through this "Spiraling." Its a place where you believe you have no control. This is it! I'm doomed!
You can choose to work with the mind. Not against it.
