In this episode, I speak with Chris Burn, who, in his younger years, successfully created an economic and cultural wilderness out of a secure and pleasant lifestyle, using only a bottle of Scotch. After entering rehab to get sober, Chris found solace and hope in creativity, and has written several books on recovery-related subjects.
Chris talks candidly about all the lessons he has learnt from 37 years of sobriety, and how living alcohol-free has empowered him and enriched his life in countless ways.
Chris is widowed with three children and five grandchildren and lives in London.
