I'm going to say it, I think this is the most heartwarming episode of chat chit yet. In this episode we get some of the best storytelling and anecdotes that we have heard yet on the podcast, where every story comes with a different way Phil has learnt to understand his mental health, his Aspergers and the loss of his dad.
This episode takes a bit of a longer format because we really get to grips with all aspects of Phil growing up and becoming the absolutely outstanding guy he is today. From his diagnosis of Aspergers in primary school and how we understood it throughout his education and beyond. Aspergers is now more commonly know as ASD(Autism Spectrum Disorder) but we refer to it as Aspergers because that's how Phil understands it.
We do cover in quite a lot of detail the loss of Phil's father so if this is something that make trigger you then please be aware of it when listening. I do highlight it when we get to that part of the podcast so don't worry you get a heads up.
From pencil sharpening to commentating, Phil guides us through gaining greater independence and his journey through the world.
Enjoy.

Please if you like or have benefitted from the episode then give us a share, review, follow us or rate us on the platform you are listening on.
