On 12/27/2020, The President signed the CAA or Consolidated Appropriations Act. The Bill was the most lengthy piece of legislature ever signed into law and contained numerous COVID relief Provisions.
Greg and John will dive into these provisions, which consist of an expanded second tranche of PPP funding, modifications to the forgiveness process, extension of the ERTC or Employee Retention Tax Credit and other provisions affecting ePSL and eFMLA.
