This episode of the YOU MATTER To Christ Podcast features Dan Bruder, Founder of Blendification and author of The Blendification System. Dan shares the concept that we need to look at how to blend work and life instead of just focusing on work-life balance.
He shares about his early childhood environment and how it influenced his story. He also talks about a particular night when God showed up for him that involved Bible verses and a cartoon about Jesus. All of these experiences led Dan create a system that blends work and life in all aspects including faith, career, and even usual daily activities.

Dan: "The message there was 'man shall not live on bread alone.' So I was stressed about my job and the recognition there was life isn't just about that. There's much more to life."
Dan: "The truth is there's some level of ambiguity to this and we have to make what I consider to be a leap of faith. So it's having trust in something that I can't see and knowing that I don't have all the answers."
Dan: "We're all created for good works. We're actually created to do good things and we call that our vocation, calling, or what have you, and if we look at our time we spend over 40 percent of our time on work-related activities. So if we're going to do anything good in life we need to do it through work."
