What I've learned and what I am now passionate about teaching others is that fear is our biggest enemy. Fear robs us of our joy. Fear takes away opportunitiesd. Fear creates pitfalls. Fear blocks abundance and love. Fear results in all sorts of health issues. Fear is the thing we need to banish once and for all. I am constantly looking for strategies and exercises to teach how to get rid of fear.
