Many people these days have a lot to say about self-improvement. They tell us that we can all do it if we work. We get told to live healthy, happy and free. In this episode, I tell you that it is not easy. Change is one of the most challenging things to do and requires a lot of dedication. My story is full of successes and failures—a rollercoaster ride.
