For Sally, life started normal. She shared life with five siblings, and life was good - until it wasn't. After her mother's series of bad choices, Sally’s family was split up. At the age of six, she found herself a part of a doomsday cult who called themselves The Truth. At 16, Sally was asked to leave. There were many reasons, but mostly it started when she would no longer conform.
On top of growing up in a cult, Sally is also dyslexic, has ADHD, and is deaf in one ear. She has survived and thrived - and believes that anyone can.
