Michael Cortina is the founder of The Cortina Method, an approach based on neuroscience and brain optimization, which is, "getting the brain to respond to life, in the most enticing and optimal way possible." Michael developed this method after seeing frustratingly slow results through more traditional means, and now takes his style to patients and practitioners at large with a goal to touch one million lives!
