In this episode, I'm joined by Meliza Orcher as we discuss the arduous, and sometimes very long, therapy journey. While Meliza recognised she needed to do something to feel better, it was not a clear road for her to not only understand what was going on but know what do about it.
We discuss the impact of loneliness, using your passion in work and how to find yourself on the holistic approach to mental health. Meliza now works with Two Chairs, a mental health service company helping people find the right therapist for them.
