People who have experienced a lot of adverse childhood experiences often struggle to form and keep friendships. Trauma can negatively affect our ablilty to connect in a healthy way because we have a hard time feeling safe in relationships. In this episode we will talk about the benefits of friends, some behaviors that may chase friends away and how being authentically who we are is a great way to draw true friends.
