If you are the average of the 5 people you hang out with the most, then you need to take your friend group as seriously as you take your goals.
This can be difficult when we get older and we start to diverge from the people we grew up with.
You can't get six pack abs hanging with friends in donut shops all day.
It's important to find people who are heading in the same direction you are with similar values and goals or you probably won't accomplish the goals you want.
