When it comes to health and wellness, we can probably all do a little bit better. Not only is it good for our health, but when we eat and live better we FEEL better.
I have always been a firm believer in treating my body well. This is where healing begins. When we start with FEELING good, we are in the very best place to get all the other things - heart, mind and spirit aligned to a good place as well.
Getting started is so much easier than you think! It's actually quite simple - eat more plants and add nutritious foods in! Get curious and creative and most importantly - have fun with it and know that this is a gift you are giving to yourself.
In this episode I interview Wellness Coach Miriam Hahn, know for her beautiful, inspiring and creative Instagram recipes. She makes eating well look easy - AND most importantly fun and delicious!
