There are people who you are destined to meet and Richard is one of those people when you meet him you instantly connect with. Richard and I met almost 4 years ago at the World Premier of the WISHMAN movie. We talked and found out we had so many things in common.

Richard operates CEO DOJO in San Diego which makes sure we learn the life skills to handle a tough boardroom or knowing the violence of the streets as he grew up in Brooklyn. Today's episode talks about how each of us needs to follow Richard's tag line "BU4U".
