Leaving a high-paying, comfortable consulting job to follow a passion for leather-making was not easy. However, he found unwavering support from his wife, who played a significant role in establishing their brand. This leap into entrepreneurship also coincided with the arrival of their first child, making the transition even more significant.
Balancing Work and Family Life

"I realized the problem was the ambition," Tanner confesses. Moving away from aggressive growth and focusing on what made him happy produced surprisingly fruitful results in his business. The children are fluent in three languages: English, Mandarin, and Turkish. Tanner emphasizes the importance of blending both cultures to create a harmonious family environment.
