In this episode I return with Christina Gonzalez. If you missed the previous episode, check it out! Christina is one of my great friends, and one of the best coaches and humans you will ever meet. She helps people move better through intelligent strength training.
She is one of the assistant instructors for the Functional Range Systems. This system is helping lead that critical thinking movement on how to best prepare your body for whatever it is that you want to do. We talk about the trainings application to all types of people and then focus on its application to the sport of Jiu Jitsu. We then talk about her feelings towards the female image and strength.
