Heather was a litigator, partner, and practice group leader who achieved great success in her legal career. She then left the practice of law to start her own company, focusing on helping women lawyers and other professionals achieve success in their own careers. You may know her from her wildly successful events and former podcast, Hustle and Flow with Heather Hubbard. She was an in-demand and highly sought after thought leader and professional development advisor. And, in the midst of a global pandemic, she made another bold career change. She's closing her former company to start a new one called, Simple Courage.
Heather speaks about how simple courage is a message and a movement. She found that when she stopped playing the role others expected of her and quit trying to please everyone else, her life and career became fuller, richer, and more peaceful.
