I've been asked to talk more about spirituality so I thought in this episode we could go back to basics with the Law of Attraction and explore the concept of energy and our thoughts affecting our emotions which in turn create our frequency and the outcomes of the life we want to create.
If this is not your first rodeo then this might be a nice reminder, sometimes I can hear something a few times and it lands differently and I get something different from different people's explanations.
If it's your first foray into spirituality then it's a great place to start, as we will talk through exactly what the law of attraction is and how we have been creating the life we have now the whole time, whether we are aware of it or not.
We are literally magical co-creators with the universe and when you focus your attention on the things you want and change your thoughts, you create a life of your dreams!
