Welcome to a new series of ultra short meditations on prayer. Beginning with simple breathing exercises, they follow a series of progressively deeper meditations of states of prayer and consciousness. Each meditation can be listened to by itself, or as a series from beginning to end.
In this meditation, after a short introduction, the listener is guided into focusing on breathing, calming and regulating the mind, relaxing the body, and preparing for deeper states of spiritual consciousness.
