Gloria is a woman on a mission. A mission of healing, empowering, and giving a voice to all survivors of emotional abuse, toxic relationships, and narcissistic abuse. Gloria walked out of a toxic relationship after almost 15 years. She was overcome with severe anxiety and OCD and was in the hands of a narcissist. She knows what it feels like to be trapped, scared, thinking that it’s your fault, and seeing no way out.
Gloria is an Emotional Wellness Coach who helps women heal from emotional abuse for good and go from break up to breakthrough. She is a great example of how important it is to break free from limiting circumstances and own our own transformation. She is passionate about sharing her path and wisdom.
