It takes immense strength to admit when we are not feeling strong and instead confront those profoundly difficult emotions.
Today I have Ashley Bernardi on my show. She is a Media Expert and Trainer, life coach, and entrepreneur. Ashley is the founder of Nardi Media LLC, a nationally renowned full-service media relations and media training firm.
The traumatic death of her father at a young age and diagnosis of Lyme Disease and postpartum depression after the birth of her third child deepened her passion for health, wellness, and spirituality and taught her how to access her own authentic power to heal her life. She hosts the award-winning podcast, 2 Girls Talking. Ashely is also the author of Authentic Power, Give Yourself Permission To Feel. In this book, she completely reveals herself through daily affirmations and writing prompts and teaches us that our darkest hours are disguised opportunities to uncover, process, feel, heal, and grow.
