呼吸覺知幫助我們培養觀察自己內­在經驗的能力,這也是正念最基本的訓練。 我們每天呼吸上萬次,我們卻很少帶著覺知去觀察、去感受、去體驗任何一個。一旦我們開始安靜下來觀察自己的呼吸,我們會發現有無數的想法湧現我們心中,把我們帶離當下,帶離體驗與感受。 想法總是把我們帶到過去與未來,帶到虛擬的問想的想像,帶到焦躁與不安的情緒之中。 相反的,專注的去感受當下的呼吸能够帶領我們回到當下,回到感受與體­驗,回到平靜與安祥。 每天能够為自己做的最棒的事情之一,是排除其他事情,空下10-20分鐘,什麼都不做,就只是專注的覺察呼吸。 當然這期間你心中會浮現無數的想法與情緒,這都會讓你無法專注在呼吸,這很正常,也無法避免,你只要溫柔的,一再提醒自己回到呼吸,那就是每天你能為自己做的最棒的事了。 觀察呼吸是訓練正…
