My Journey:

I suffered from endometriosis from ages 13 to 18 without knowing what it was. It wasn’t until five years into my journey that I learned about endometriosis, a condition affecting 1 in 10 women. My new beginning started at age 20 when I embraced holistic medicine, focusing on a root cause approach and taking supplements for inflammation, hormones, and individual symptoms.
