During this episode, Dr Andrew Horwood connects with us over Zoom and shares some personal history and wisdom. Andrew is the standing Treasurer of EMSA, a practising GP and pain specialist, and a former resident of Riverdell Spiritual Centre.

Andrew speaks about his connection to the Emissaries and his appreciation for Lew Childre, the founder of the Heartmath foundation, and we consider the importance of grief, tears, and community.
