I've been a parent now for 4 years and while I have a lot to learn, I want to share with you 4 of my parenting truths that have helped me raise happy and healthy children.

From negotiating bedtimes and choosing our battles, my title as a full-time mom is so important to me. That doesn't mean I don't get overwhelmed, frustrated and everything in between. But, day by day, I've learned how I can navigate the bumpy roads that motherhood brings.

My 4 truths are not the be-all, end-all solution for parenthood, but through this podcast I love to share with you what works for my family! I hope you can stop locking horns and start engaging with even more meaningful time with your little ones, kids and teens alike!
