Today I welcome special guest Daijah Barnes: renowned Author, Educator, Personal Development Coach, and Speaker. Her book: "If it ain’t one thing to grow through, it’s another": A mother’s guide to healing and building a better future is filled with short stories of her life experiences and a guide to healing to support the reader.
Daijah and I discuss her life changing experiences which brought her to the work of supporting other women in their healing and tips to support all of us in staying the course as we grow through our journey.
A little about Daijah:
Daijah's passion is supporting others in their transformation and she is committed to healing continually. Her words have traveled to places she has yet to be including London. She’s collaborated on projects for BET Network, Essence, Extreme Execution Coaching, My Brother’s Keeper, University of Rochester, USA Today, to name a few! Her former work in supporting women in dressing for success, inspired her to create a curriculum focused on faith and spirituality, providing spiritual nourishment referred to as "loaf":
