Stephanie Mundt is a physical therapist & running coach based in Phoenix, Arizona. She started her physical therapy & coaching business, Volante PT & Performance, in 2020 to specialize in the rehabilitation and training of runners. As a runner with a history of eating disorder and multiple bone stress injuries, she’s passionate about helping others manage this type of injury & return to running with confidence. She has presented on the physical therapist’s role in RED-S and on bone stress-related injuries at various physical therapy conferences with the goal of increasing awareness & improving care for this population.
