The Harvard Study of Adult Development is the longest-running longitudinal study of human well-being. It has followed men for eighty+ years to determine the best indicators of happiness. George Vaillant, who directed the study for over three decades, has said that a central finding is the strong correlation between “the warmth of our relationships” and our long-term health and happiness.

Tal Eyre comes from a family of 9 Children and parents are authors on raising children whom have appeared on Oprah. Living in the Swiss Alps, Tal and his wife feel blessed raising their daughter and being able to complete a book tailored for dads.
