👋 Today's episode is short and based on the famous recovery quote, "Don't quit before the miracle happens."

I first heard this quote in the rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous, and I LOVE it.

It has made even the most difficult days brighter for me.

I encourage you to find quotes like this or use this one to remind yourself on hard days, things will get better.

One of my other favorite quotes is, "This too shall pass... it may pass like a kidney stone, but it will pass!"--laughter is also the best medicine when you're struggling. :)
