The Undistracted Series has returned for part 2! Chris & Henry discuss what they learned from Chapters 2 & 3.
The overall takeaway is to lean into insecurities to unlock who you truly are in every situation.
We all have "that thing" or "those things" in which we know we need to deal with, but can be challenging to take the first steps towards solving those problems.
What we learned is that in order to maximize your focus on your purpose and truly live undistracted in the present moment is to dig in and deal with what we put off.
Easier said than done.
