Coach Sebok is the owner Iron Saints Athletic System in West Logan, West Virginia. Coach Sebok is an accomplished powerlifter who was inducted into the Natural Athlete Strength Association Hall of Fame in 2020 and was athlete of the year, and lifetime achievement winner in 2021. His best lifts were 804 squat, 622 bench and a 667 deadlift. He played football at Fairmont State and after graduation started training athletes. He juggles life as a Preacher, Coach and PT assistant. In the physical therapy realm, he was heavily involved with creating return to play metrics for ACL injuries.
