And the rest of the title is and we almost NEVER listen. Think about it. How good at listening are you? How often are you thinking of what you are going to say, or how you agree or disagree with what is being shared. I suspect that the times in our lives that we were really listening to someone are few and far between. What if you were a better listener, what if the people in your life experienced being heard when they talked with you, what difference would that make? Listen in, really listen, see what you hear.
