Chris Nowinski is a former football player at Harvard University and professional wrestler with WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment. After enduring a career-ending head injury, Chris has dedicated his professional life to serving patients and families affected by brain trauma, particularly Chronic traumatic encephalopathy, or CTE, a progressive neurodegenerative disease that develops after repeated head injuries. Karlin Chan is a staple of the NY Chinatown community. During the COVID 19 pandemic, when Asian hate crimes surfaced again, he created a neighborhood community patrol to keep everyone safe. Additionally, Chan created the Chinatown Mural Project, is a busy Chinatown community activist and advocate, and is the elder of the Hung Ching Association.
