Today’s episode is an honest conversation about how motherhood changes you. It’s my hope that by sharing the darkness that I’ve found in motherhood, it might bring some light into the darkness you might find.

I want you to feel a sense of relief as you listen to this, realizing it’s not just you. That you are not alone in these struggles. Motherhood is hard. It is transformative. And as with any transformation, there is a sense of loss and a sense of gain. It can be both good and bad.
