Dommie's Mac and Cheese
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag of large elbow macaroni
Large Block of Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1-2 c Cubed Ham Steak
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2c Heavy Whipping Cream
Salt and Pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees F.
- Grease a large baking dish.
- Cook noodles per box instructions.
- Add beaten eggs, cubed ham steak, and heavy whipping cream.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- In the baking dish layer the following: layer of noodle mixture and layer of cheese. Repeat until last layer of cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30-45m until bubbly.
- Remove aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until browned.
