Great to hear the men talking again about their days in the fast and slow lane of life. After grant sets up his tent and gets the full vibe of the beach again, he talks to Myles from the SW France
An insightful episode with a laugh and still with a true sense of comradery between the men who seem to every week for the last year build each other up rather than knock each other down. And it's great to hear their honesty coming through as the podcast gets a restructure setting the men up for the next years' work.
