Mindfulness helps to ease life transitions, especially menopause. Allowing and accepting, honoring, and feeling through your experience of menopause is a healthy way to traverse this inevitable stage of life.

Today we share another mindful guest conversation - with Dr. Keira Bar, a dual board-certified dermatologist and menopause specialist.

Maybe menopause doesn't have to be challenging, bad, or a struggle?

What if you told a different story about it? What if it was a positive experience? A life transition?

Menopause is so often seen as a negative journey- something to get through,

what if you mindfully shifted your perspective and decided it was positive?

What if you accepted and approved of yourself exactly as you are, where you are on the journey.

What if you loved your grey hair, your wrinkles, and even your menopausal middle?

In yoga, there is a focus on the importance of transitions. Not as something to get through but something that brings value in and of itself. Navigating the transition well sets you up for success on the other side.
