It is time reiterate the core principles: Gratitude is the ignition of your joy and happiness engine.
It brings you to the good energy that opens your heart up.
Start small, be grateful both for outside things and for how you show up as you are starting to change. Notice small things you are doing that are steps in the right direction. This is how you train yourself to open up to be a more worthy citizen of the world. Even if you have no energy right now, you can do small things that can have big impacts over time. Do not underestimate what a good deed can lead to.
Life is a Gift
Help me bring light to this world by turning your attention to the good and opening yourself up for the good in others and how amazingly connected we are to the good core of other humans and to the much bigger picture that we all fit in.
