Episode 11: One tiny step each day makes all the difference!
Manage episode 301476417 series 2893589
In this episode I talk with Nabeela, who is a student interested in taking up a career in Health Psychology. She talks about her shyness in her younger teenage years and how this gave her feelings of anxiety and held her back from trying things she knew she could do. We then discuss the ways in which she overcame these feelings. Tune in to be inspired :)
The Foghorn Podcast is where I speak to teens and young adults about how they overcame a challenge in their life, whether that be in education, anxiety or upbringing. My interviewees share what helped them and, looking back, what could have helped them at the time - giving advice to hopefully help teenagers in similar situations now.
