Hello guys, just a heads up. This topic can be triggering. Especially for people who are struggling with disordered eating. However interviewing Ella might be a relatable experience which might be comforting for some. Ella has been through so much in her life. It was inspiring to hear how successful her career has been throughout her struggle of tackling the noise in the back of her mind.
