Joshua Grady is the CEO and Founder of Grady Media and Grady Sports Agency, the fastest growing sprorts agency in the country. In 2017, Joshua was the youngest individual to become an NFL Agent. Today, he is the youngest Agent to represent a top-40 draft pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
For the past 4 years, Joshua has served as a boss, mentor and business partner to me. I joined Joshua on his journey to build a cutting-edge sports agency because his passion and vision is unparalleled. Today, he has represented 10 draft picks and currently has 8 NFL players on rosters. In a competitve industry, Joshua remains confident in his dreams and works hard to enact monumental changes in the lives of his family and his clients.
