What are you capable? Have you ever really asked yourself this question? If you have, are still currently seeking this answer?
In today’s podcast, I talk about how this question was brought to me and the sub-sequent journey it has sent me on.
The question was raised
In reading his titled “Can’t Hurt Me,” retired Navy Seal David Goggins asks us to consider what are really capable of. By asking himself this question, he was able to accomplish feats way beyond what he thought was his capacity
Answer comes through suffering
By choosing to suffering or seeking hard things, you will be able to build a callous mind or the ability to not allow everyday to derail you from the path you want to go on.
I am a quitter
For most of my life, I have quit just about everything. I was this way because I was not prepared to answer my own question of what are my capabilities.
Must be answered everyday
The process of answering this question is not a one-time option. It must be sought after intentionally every day.
The process
Start with right where you are. Be brutally honest about your imperfections. Then start increasing your capacity or going just a little further each day or week.
