Today I'm sharing with you one of my key millionaire mindset lessons. Now, becoming a millionaire doesn't really make you special or clever, but the truth is that my biggest secret for becoming one is focusing on very specific mindset upgrades. Now this is the first mindset lesson I want you to master, and that's there's always more money. There's always more money. One of the cornerstones of Soul Rich Woman philosophy is that there's always more because as a Soul Rich Woman, the soul is rich, abundant, and full. There's enough for everyone. And we live in a world of abundance. That's why we have Soul and rich. You can be rich in health, wealth, and happiness and full of it. Have you noticed there's always at least one more happen when you look for it, or color when you look for it? There's always another hair clip when you really want to find it. There's always one more coin in the bottom of your purse, or one more sweet at the bottom of your bag for your kid when your child asks for it. I'm not saying that income inequality isn't real and that there's no poverty in the world, but chances are you have every opportunity to change your circumstances.

Number 1: One way we keep ourselves small is by thinking that the world is a zero game.
Number 2: There is no limit to what you can dream.
Number 3: There's no cap to your earning potential.
Number 4: You have brilliance and a diamond is within you and you deserve to shine.

In my experience, talking to entrepreneurs at all levels about their success and money blocks is an inevitable part of being in business. Not even millionaires and multimillionaires are immune to the occasional freak-out about money, and if they are proliferating, they will hit themselves on self-imposed limits regularly. The good news is that you are entirely normal, and the bad news is that you'll never be able to clear your money blocks completely. Now, dealing with money blocks, the even better news is that it doesn't really matter that much. You can learn to recognize them, dance with them, and move on, all while increasing your income to new levels. Here are four ways to shift your money mindset and work on your money blocks. The first thing I want to acknowledge is that holiday time can be really exciting for some people and for others it can be really stressful or even sad, so don't beat yourself up over it either way, especially for this year, it can be a triggering experience to spend time with your family and loved ones over this holiday season, particularly if you have been spending a lot of time working on your personal development and money blocks, you still might be quite vulnerable to other people's energies. Now, here are some tips to get through the holiday period without triggering your money blocks too much. Tip 1: Have a canned response. Tip 2: Get really good at changing the subject. Tip 3: Be clear about what you want. Tip 4: You don't have to keep presents you don't like. Tip 5: Do some EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). In this episode, key takeaways: 1. THE END OF YEAR RITUAL TO FINISH THE YEAR WITH A BANG I want to talk about the end of your ritual to finish the year with a bang. Now for most, 2020 and 2021 have been a really rough year. No one could have predicted what the last 24 months have thrown at us. If you have made it through physically and emotionally in one piece, congratulations! You are amazing. And even if you haven't, that's okay too. Now, if you have had a good year, despite the obvious, then I want you to celebrate without guilt, without shame, with our heartbreaks. However, the year has gone and especially if things didn't go to plan, I recommend this year-end ritual to close out the year and you have the power to completely change your experience this brand new year that's coming up. Let's end the year with one really simple but profound year-end-of-the-year ritual. This one has completely changed my life repeatedly, and it doesn't matter how hangover that you have on New Year's Day. Number 1: Make a list of everything, every single thing that you are proud of. Number 2: Take turns with your partner asking each other what you're proud of. Number 3: Start with, what I'm proud of and list things like learning. Number 4: Then you can move to business accomplishments. Number 5: Then you can move to tricky situations that you've dealt with. Number 6: Ask the next question, "What else?" And wait. Number 7: Keep asking until you have at least 50 of the items that you are proud of. In this episode, key takeaways: 1. Best to do this with someone who really understands you. 2. Money And Me Power To Get Anything You Desire Step 5 of 5 A lot of women are not really good at the receiving part, and I think it comes down to that naturally, either because of our family, because of the people around us, because of our upbringing, because of our husbands, whatever. There are always reasons why we are taught in a certain way, our education system. We are told to give more than we receive and only when we give, and then we will receive. That's what the whole world is talking about. That's what everybody is saying. The education system, our family, our business associates, whatever. So you are probably blocking abundance from the universe in big and small ways. From the manifesting point of view, that's why a lot of women are not able to receive that is a form of rejecting abundance, rejecting your own f word, fabulous freedom, financial independence, and happy family. Number 1: Practice receiving compliments. Number 2: Have gratitude for every single form of abundance. Number 3: Clear your money blocks Number 4: Surround yourself with the correct positive people. Money And Me Power To Get Anything You Desire Step 4 of 5 Inspired action is more than just a to do list. It's about taking action that really shifts the universe and show and prove that you are serious about your goals and dreams. You need to do something that's going to push you out of your comfort zone, and you will know that this action will make a difference. So researching is never a great action point, really, from a manifesting point of view and being a mentor to thousands and thousands of women the last 20 years of my life. A better action will be to make a public commitment. So when you tell people that you are going to do it, they'll believe it when then you will believe it. It's kind of borrowing that courage, borrowing that belief through the people that surround you. Then you will also believe it, right? Then you will move heaven and earth to make the deadline that is inspired action. When you do inspired actions, the universe will meet you halfway. You will start to see synchronicities. You start to see your intuition happening. You start to see things in momentum. You get more ideas about how you can make it happen. You just need to take action that will create the big momentum. Number 1: You must be open to receive it. Number 2: Prepare your mind, your soul, for the purpose of receiving. Number 3: Be as clear as possible. Number 4: Prove to the universe that you believe it. Money And Me Power To Get Anything You Desire Step 3 of 5 We have already talked about the first two steps of the Manifesting Formula. Now the third step is a really crucial one. This is where a lot of people quit before they get started. Another problem around Manifesting is really very easy to get excited at the beginning. And then you lose steam, you lose enthusiasm, and you lose those positive vibes. Is it because whether you are busy, something comes up along the way and then there could be something new? So like a shiny star object syndrome comes up. So all these things will distract you as you are pursuing this manifesting formula towards becoming a Soul Rich Woman or achieving your Soul Goals and the dreams that you want. You have to get into that flow of positivity. And when you do that, and when those synchronicities or what we call things that look like intuitively start to happen to you, or suddenly you start to see opportunities, start to see lucky things happening, that's when all the things start to feel magical. We also want to be realistic about this. The manifesting formula is practical. That's why positive anchors are so important. You need to create things that will remind you of your goal constantly and keep your intentions focused. And when you feel really good about your goal, you are going to start to act in different ways. And that's going to make the next step much easier if you can hack that. Number 1: Embrace the power of positive and automatic anchors. Number 2: Prime yourself subconsciously, not as a victim, but as a positive one to achieve your goal. Number 3: Build a really strong foundation of belief from multiple angles. Number 4: Use different way to remind yourself. Number 5: Manifesting is to make things real. Money And Me Power To Get Anything You Desire Step 2 of 5 Step two of my free manifesting workshop is getting really specific about what you want, otherwise known as goal setting. But probably not in the way that you have done it before. You might actually be asking for the wrong thing in your dream, in your goal by not really knowing it, or you might be giving mixed messages to the universe. I find that a lot, especially women, are not used to asking for what we want because of our culture, because our family, because of whatever reason, and because we judge ourselves and we judge others. In a very clear way, we can be fuzzy and unclear on our request to the universe. Let me give you a couple of examples of some fuzzy, indistinct goals and dreams. Number 1: I just want to be happier. Number 2: I don't want to worry about my income tax anymore. Number 3: I just want the peace of my mind. Number 4: I don't want to think about money and I want to be successful. LESSONS FROM BECOMING A SELF-MADE MILLIONAIRE I want to share with you the lessons learned from becoming a self-made millionaire. I don't aspire to be any guru. I am just happy contributing and sharing my thoughts and opinions and advice to the conversation around women and money, becoming a soul rich woman. Today's episode isn't about how to get rich posts because my path of becoming earning hundreds of thousands to my millions does not work for everyone. It's just a series of observations of how I've grown over the years. Some are right, some are wrong for you. In celebration of this season, there are some major lessons and thoughts I've learned along the way. Number 1: I grew up sometimes romanticizing growing up poor. Number 2: money is a great lubricator. Number 3: I try and use the money to solve a lot of problems. Number 4: I'm not really into physical possessions. Number 5: I don't have an expensive taste Number 6: I'm self-made but sometimes I think that it's still a joke. Number 7: Time is my currency now. Number 8: I'm still learning how to be a rich person. Number 9: making money feels so easy to me now. Number 10: I'm still working on my money blocks. Number 11: I grew up, and my fight and flight response has disappeared. Number 12: I still judge the shit out of some rich people sometimes Number 13: I still judge on some poor people too. number 14: I splurge on things that save me time. Number 15: my biggest expense is actually food. Number 16: I don't mind pay taxes. Number 17: I worry about how to become more generous. Number 18: I'm pretty much the same person Number 19: I'm more confident about setting my boundaries. Number 20: money can't shield you from human experience. In this episode, key takeaways: 1. It doesn't matter if you grew up rich or poor. 2. Being rich has given me peace of mind. 3. Your family just needs you there emotionally. 4. I still get blocked around doing launches and businesses like anyone else. 11. Money doesn't solve completely everything, but I know it helps me. 12. I get triggered and disgusted by massive wasteful displays of wealth. 13. If you are a judgy person, chances are that you're not going to change much. 14. I live to eat. 15. We pay tax because when we are sending out energy we can earn more money. 16. It's fun to give away money and do charity work. 17. I will still be generous. 18. Money will just amplify who you already are. 19. No means no, and yes means yes. 20. Overcoming this is just part and parcel of the journey. I knew that I wanted to create a million-dollar business pretty much even before I had any real business ideas. During the time when I was an occupational therapist. I've been thinking about wanting to become an entrepreneur instead of being stuck in my nine-to-five job.
